I like IPW as I can work with my friends and we could improve our co-operation, teamwork and friendship. Through IPW, I learn how to work with my teammates and I also learn more about the culture, history and sports played in Netherlands. At first, I felt sad and at the same time, happy because our teacher, Ms Mo, chose our group for us. I felt happy as I have very good friends in my group. They are Gugan, Bryan and Nicholas Tan. The second reason waas that I was able to complete the research with my group without much disagreements. I felt disappointed as we were not able to choose our group. My group has researched on the ancient sports played in Netherlands in the past. One of the sports is Vinkensport, a competitive sport in which males chaffinches (a kind of bird) are made to compete for the highest number of bird calls in an hour. It started in the year 1596. My group also researched on some famous Netherlands sport shooters. They were Uilke Vuurman, Marcus Ravneswaaij, Jan Brussaard and Cornelis Marius Viruly. I really hope that more of this activity will become more and more often because I enjoyed IPW.
